Ernesto Catena
Ernesto’s Vista Flores vineyard is located in the heart of the Uco Valley. At 1090 metres above sea level, this Demeter Biodynamic Certified vineyard spans 47 hectares and is planted mainly with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Construction of a full winery is under way. Meanwhile, the grapes are crushed at Catena Zapata and Escorihuela Gascón.
Known as the Wine Poet, Ernesto is a passionate man in relation to his multi-faceted love of nature. The estate believes in organic and biodynamic agriculture and the connection between us, nature and the universe.
